We found a great video from the Harvard Business Review Youtube Channel about a company dedicated to humor.  The best part is that they are getting their funny content from their fans.  User generated content has become more and more popular and more and more affective.  Taking advantage of not just pop culture, but the ideas and visions of your customers is something you can do on several different levels.  If you aren’t ready to let them create your web content, try a customer feedback form.
